Each contestant drafts two (2) of the previous year's last-place NFL
teams. The contestant with the highest combined win total for the
season is declared the overlord. Tiebreakers are 1) total points scored,
2) total points against, and 3) total touchdowns scored.
WRITE-UPS
The weekly winner, determined using the criteria above, writes a review
of that week's action.
STAKES
The loser of the bet - the last-place finisher - must wear a garbage bag
underneath his clothes for an entire evening of bar-hopping on a date
of the overlord's choosing (heretofore referred to as "the payoff"). The
loser's drinks are also chosen by the overlord, and the loser must pay
for both his own drinks and those of the overlord. The garbage bag *must*
be worn underneath the clothes, with the ties protruding from the neck.
The third-place finisher must paint the logo of his worst team on his
face during the payoff. The third-place finisher is also required to have
his picture taken with 7 or more strangers during the course of the payoff.
The second-place finisher must purchase and wear a jersey from his
worst team during the payoff.
DRAFT
The last-place finisher has first choice of draft position, third place
gets second choice, and second place gets third choice. The draft
order is 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1. The draft is conducted during the previous season's
payoff.
